  • Q How long is the delivery cycle? Can it be expedited?

    A  The standard cycle is 30 days, and expedited orders can be shortened to 15 days. North American customers enjoy exclusive logistics channels and support multiple trade terms of FOB/CIF.
  • Q How to deal with after-sales problems?

    A We promise lifelong after-sales service and a 24-hour response mechanism. We will reissue free of charge for quality problems and provide backup product plans to ensure zero-risk procurement for customers.
  • Q Will the glaze turn yellow after a long time of use?

    A The glaze is added with nano titanium dioxide ingredients, and after 3 glazing processes, the density reaches 3.5g/cm³, which effectively blocks ultraviolet penetration and promises to keep the color as new for 10 years.
  • Q How to deal with damage during transportation?

    A Please check the integrity of the packaging before signing for it. If you find any damage, please take photos immediately for evidence and refuse to accept it. After contacting customer service, we will reissue new products within 24 hours, and we will bear the logistics risks.
  • Q How to repair outside the warranty period?

    A We promise to repair at cost price for life. After the warranty period, only material fee + basic labor fee will be charged, and technical service fee will be waived to ensure long-term value for customers.
